Empowering Communities: Embracing Our Indigenous Heritage

NUQO Modular is a proudly Indigenous-owned business led by founder Rory Richards of Coast Salish (Shíshálh) descent.

From our headquarters in Vancouver, BC, on the lands of the Coast Salish peoples and the Squamish Nation (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh), we extend our hands in partnership to Indigenous communities.

Together, we are building resilient, culturally resonant modular solutions that empower First Nations communities and respect sovereignty.

Upholding Excellence: Meeting Canada's Highest Standards

NUQO's commitment to quality is mirrored in our meticulous design and construction processes, assisted by leading experts and consultants across multiple disciplines.

From engineering to environmental sustainability, NUQO's partners and quality control personnel diligently work to ensure every modular unit is designed, built, and certified to meet the Canada's exacting CSA A277 standards.
